A intervalles réguliers Praxedo récupère dans Sage X3 les interventions impliquant des collaborateurs mobiles et crée dans Praxedo les interventions correspondantes.

Remontée des données d’exécution de l’intervention :
Dans Praxedo, l’intervention est planifiée puis réalisée par un technicien. Lorsque l’intervention complétée est validée dans Praxedo par la conduite d’activité, le rapport d’intervention est automatiquement poussé vers Sage X3 avec les données de planification, le formulaire d’intervention complété et les articles consommés.
